Come out, meet, greet, and shop with your local businesses in the Northeast Arkansas area at the Fair Grounds! Drawings will be held and prizes will be given away! Items will be sold, advertised, and lots of free stuff and samples. There is something for everyone. We are building smaller local businesses into larger local businesses.
